New to Harbour Dental?
Here is what happens, from the first call to your plan in writing.

Your first visit, step by step
A first visit is about an hour.
Step 1: Book a time
Use the booking link or call us. Tell us how you would like us to reply.
Step 2: We look at your benefits
If you have dental insurance, we check your plan and tell you what it says it covers before you come in.
Step 3: Fill in your forms
Your health history goes on the practice's own secure forms, not this website. Paper forms are there if you prefer them.
Step 4: Your exam
Your dentist checks your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and tells you what they found.
Step 5: Your plan, in writing
You leave with a written plan and estimate for anything we recommend, and time to ask before you decide.
Before you come in
What should I bring?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your last office to send them.
Do I put medical details on this website?
No. Our forms ask for none. Your health history goes on the practice's own secure forms.
Can you get my records from my last dentist?
Yes. Tell us where you went, and with your written permission we will ask for your records before your visit.
Ready for a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you, and we'll take it from there.
